Thought at least in our youth we think we are invincible and will live forever, we do have a couple health related items.

Diabetes several family members have battled this.

Cystic Fibrosis not as prevelant as diabetes, but CF has taken its toll on our family. Beverly Tanner has lost two children to it, Horace Rawlins' family lost at least two, and Tanya Taylor is currently doing her very best to beat the odds. If you have ever desired to give to a worthy cause this is a good choice.

MTHFR Deficency one of the unexpected benefies of the Human Genome Project has been to help connect the dots when it comes to seemingly unrelated physical and emotional ailments.. The inability to utilize certain vital nutrients can have a wide range of effects.

Feet hurt? I found out at the age of 55 that I was born with defective feet! I have a congenital condition known as Metatarsus adductus. One of the clues is when you normaly wear EEE width shoes.
