DOROTHY L. RAWLINS

Dorothy L. Rawlins age 88 of Kennewick, Wa., died Tuesday, March 19, 1991 at Kennewick, Wa.

She was born on Oct 28, 1904, in London, England.

She moved to Preston, Idaho, with her family in 1910. She graduated from North Cache High School in 1922 in Richmond, Utah.

Dorothy and Aerial, with their three boys, moved to White Bluffs in 1939 and then to Walla Walla in 1943, when the Hanford Project began.

She was a cook for the Blue Mountain Sanitarium in Walla Walla for over 20 years before moving to Bellevue in 1981 returning to Kennewick in the spring of 1989 and lived in the Royal Columbian until her death. She has been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day-Saints.

Survivors are her husband Aerial A. Rawlins of Kennewick, Wa., sons, Bruce Rawlins, of Medford, Or., Stephen Rawlins, of Silver Springs, Maryland, Claude Rawlins, of Richland, Wa.; daughter, Helen Knopf, of Bellevue, Wa.; brother, James Last, of Pilot Rock, Or.; 22 grandchildren and 29 great- grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday, March23, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. at LDS Pittsburgh Chapel, 700 North Pittsburgh, Kennewick, Wa.

Visitations will be on Friday, March 22, 1991 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Mueller's Tn-Cities Funeral Home.
